Immediately after, my phone went off with a notification that someone changed the EMAIL on my PSN account. One night a couple years ago I was playing Destiny and got booted to orbit and signed out of PSN. Not trying to be rude, but you did not do enough to try to get your account back. I cannot verify it since they changed my password, is there any way I can deactivate it or will I have to create another account?
